At Fantasy Fragrance Company, we want you to be enchanted by your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't capture your imagination, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Parcel
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our apothecary.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
